Ann will provide you with the sincerity and professionalism you are looking for in the sale or purchase of your new property. Ann knows the “ins and outs” of real estate and can walk you through each step of the way in her caring and consciencious manner.
She and her husband chose to moved to Lander 12 years ago from Montana because of the similarities between the two states; hunting, fishing, and small town life styles. Her back ground in education has led her down many different avenues giving her a wide range of experiences and personal contacts.
When not working real estate, Ann enjoys being with her family in the outdoors and helping her children with their numerous and large 4-H projects which include air rifle shooting, heifers, chickens, photography and market lambs.
A Lander, Wyoming resident since 1981, Nancy’s knowledge of the area, its people, offerings and enticements is very extensive.
First working as a guidance counselor in the Lander Public Schools, Nancy established herself as a respected educator. In addition, for many years, Nancy was part owner and manager of a small horse breeding ranch and guest house operation. Along the way, the business of being a successful corporate training consultant for 16 years made its way onto Nancy’s credential. Necessary travel away from Lander to work in this capacity gave her a lot of exposure to a wide variety of American communities. That experience helped solidify Nancy’s belief in the exceptional quality of life enjoyed by Fremont County residents.
Given the diversity in her professional background, and the deep roots in Lander, WY, Nancy is very well suited to meeting the needs of valued clients, whether listing their properties or looking for a home to buy.
